Project Linus

Don't forget to make a quilt for Project Linus.  Our goal was to get more than 300 for the year 2010 (3 from each member).  We more than met our goal and 2011 was even better.  So in 2012 let's keep working on those quilts.  Project Linus provides security blankets (quilts) to traumatized and/or critically ill children.

Linus sewing at Harper's

Note:  The Feb meeting will be Wed, Feb 8th.
Please join us on the first Tuesday night of each month (6:30) at Harper's Fabrics (except in Nov when it is the 2nd Tuesday).  There you can sew Linus quilts, cut out blocks, sort fabric, etc.  We have lots of donated fabric and Harper's provides machines, so just bring yourself and help a worthy cause.
